Welcome to our culinary adventure, in this exciting cooking class we will take you on a taste journey through Apulian cuisine exploring the art of making panzerotti and taralli, two traditional culinary delights loved all over the world.

Immerse yourself in the preparation of the perfect dough, a mixture of flour, yeast and love while you discover the secrets to obtaining a soft texture for panzerotti and an irresistible crunchiness for taralli. With your hands we will shape the dough and fill it with delicious fillings of tomato , mozzarella, ham and more thus creating delicious panzerotti ready for frying.

Each panzerotto will be a small work of culinary art ready to be enjoyed hot and crunchy, unleashing an explosion of authentic flavors on your tongue. We will then immerse you in the preparation of taralli, shaping the dough into small rings and enriching them with fennel seeds , black pepper or other traditional aromas.

While the taralli bake, we’ll explore the origins and traditions of these delicious Apulian snacks, discovering their role in festivities and family gatherings. In the end, you’ll take home not only the ability to make panzerotti and taralli in your own kitchen , but also a deep understanding of Puglia’s culinary riches and gastronomic treasures.
